The Venice Fest is an annual arts & music fest Celebrating Southern California Culture held on Venice Blvd in the heart of the westside in Los Angeles, CA.

A complete takeover of 4 blocks. An assortment of LAs most curated brands and activations, we welcome in the community to join us for a day full of shopping, networking, great bites, tasty drinks, and good sounds.

Welcome to Venice Blvd's biggest street fest.

This year you can use a vendor map to book your booth and pick the location you want!

Please note: 

  • we reserve the right to cancel and refund your booth, should we find that it does not comply with applicable laws and regulations. Rest assured that we are carefully considering each application to ensure the right fit for Venice Fest. If, for any reason, we determine that your booth might not align with the festival's vision, we will promptly refund your deposit. However, we are optimistic about the potential collaboration and look forward to working together!

  • Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that vendor booths for the festival are non-refundable. Once confirmed, all vendor fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

The Venice Summer Fest is from 12pm - 8pm in downtown Mar Vista, CA on Venice Blvd.

The city has closed the streets Centinela to Inglewood Blvd for one day only.

Space size is 10 x 10

You must supply your own canopy, table, racks, signage etc.


Booth Types

  1. Vendor Booth: purchasing company must have less than 20 employees. Can only purchase if you do NOT intend to SELL any food or beverage (water included!)

    1. Hennah / Artist / Make Up Artist (i.e. face painter)

    2. Handmade / Crafter (selling handcrafted goods; i.e. woodworker selling wood crafts)

    3. Made in the USA (selling produce in the USA, under 20 employees)

    4. Independent Small Brand (under 20 employees)

    5. Vintage / Antique (furniture or vintage clothes)

    6. Corporate / Large Brand (business with over 20 employees)

    7. Service / Health Care 

    8. Real Estate 

    9. Food and or Bev Sampling / Pre Packaged only: Small Business (i.e. small coffee brand, kombucha, or small sample food bites)

    10. Food and / or Bev Sampling / Pre packaged only: Corporate (for companies with over 20 employees, i.e. Coca Cola)

  2. Community Partner: Sponsor who benefits from premium placement at the festival and marketing promotion. For more info, email sarah@thevenicefest.com

  3. Classic Car Club: first come first serve spots within the designated area, for you to park your classic vehicle and leave it during the entire event. 

  4. Food and / or Beverage Booth: Must be pre approved and have all permits required by the State of California. Please list if you're applying as: 

    1. Temporary Food Facility (TFF) – A food booth, food cart or food truck approved by the Departmentof Public Health to operate at a fixed location within a Community Event. A TFF may only operate fora period not to exceed 25 consecutive or nonconsecutive days in any 90-day period. For the purposes of this guide, the term temporary food facility is used when referring to both temporary food booths and temporary vehicles. The term temporary food booth is used when identifying requirements specific to the construction of a food booth.

    2. Temporary Food Preparation Facility – Prepares and offers for sale non-prepackaged food. Examples include barbecued ribs, roasted corn, kettle corn, or fresh squeezed lemonade. Temporary Prepackaged Food Facility – Offers for sale only commercially prepackaged food and may offer pre-packaged samples of food. Example, selling prepackaged foods such as nuts, candy, sodas, ice cream.

    3. Temporary Prepackaged Food Facility with Food Samples – Offers for sale only commercially prepackaged food, and serves unpackaged food without charge to the public to promote the sale of food. Example, selling prepackaged dips, and giving out open samples of dip and chips.
